"The salesman was very very nice and I hate to have to leave this review, but I think consumers should know when they contact this company. The salesman wasn't a roofer- he was a pitch man, although I suppose he has training. He was late to the house by about 15 minutes. His bid at first came in $12,000 higher than the average of 4 other bids I'd previously had done. Then, if you put down $500 today they'd drop it by $3,000. Seriously? Like I would pay over $20,000 for a simple comp shingle roof on a 1600 sq ft rambler? Well then, you know that after he called "the manager " the price came down to $14,000. It would take one day with 3 guys to do that roof. Sorry, but it's WAY off, and the sales pitch went on for almost an hour and a half. Just letting future potential customers what to expect when you make the appointment."

"They are my go to electricians. I have had others out in the past but stopped doing that once Varsity Electric completed our first of multiple electric projects. I have had them do light fixture replacements, troubleshooting and repairs, adding outdoor electrical and replace all outlet receptacles in the house and bringing them up to code. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have electrical work done."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
