"I needed three small trees removed and was finding it difficult to have someone come out to give me an estimate. Most did not want to deal with a small job. Tree Bargain Service not only was responsive in coming out to give me an estimate, they did the work right on the spot. Their rates were more reasonable than I could have imagined. All work was complete within about 30 minutes and that was even after cleaning up. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Jerry and Todd."

"Professional & courteous. They protected my landscaping, house and another tree that was very close to the very large tree that was being removed. Not one complaint. I will use Primal Tree Service, LLC for all future tree services."

"Austin and his team responded promptly to my request for a bid on our job. We have a tough lot to work on with a steep slope and no easy access. We had two large hemlocks that needed to be taken out along with several dead/dying trees. One of these was truly a dangerous snag. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged us a very fair price for their work. Very easy to work with."

"I am impressed by the professionalism of the workers who took care of a nasty job with a maple tree stump growing thru a chain link fence. The 2 worked quickly and efficiently. Love the "grindings" in the garden."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

In most cases, your neighbor is responsible for roots from their tree that cause damage to your property. If your pavement, the foundation of your home, or a fence is damaged by roots from a neighbor’s tree, you likely will have legal recourse for financial relief. While it’s better to notify your neighbor of any problems you notice as soon as they arise to avoid costly damage, there are some instances where filing a civil suit is your only recourse. Your homeowner’s insurance company might wish to do so on your behalf if you file a claim.

Transplanting a palm tree is a similar process except for a couple of important differences. First, their root ball doesn’t need to be as large as a “true” tree, which makes them a bit easier to dig up and move around. Second, they struggle more with taking root and staying upright in a new location, so it’s important to give them extra support when staking.

State and local laws vary, but in most cases, you are allowed to trim any branches from your neighbor's tree that cross your property line. However, it's important to ensure you do not damage the overall health of the tree in the process. Removing branches incorrectly can jeopardize the health of the tree and could lead to you being on the hook to replace it.

Professionals use assessments, strategic cuts, specialized equipment, and safety measures to ensure healthy growth or the safe removal of trees or shrubs.

It is good to spray water on a Christmas tree to help keep the needles hydrated. Spraying a Christmas tree with water prevents dryness, stops needles from falling off, and reduces the risk of fire.
