"I am so impressed with Kyle and team and would hire Timberland Builders over and over (in fact, I am)! Kyle and Jessie completed the flooring in my log cabin in record-timing. They were flexible with start dates and began the project on the date I asked, and sent me progress pictures along the way. In addition, the flooring in my cabin is NOT easy -- as the shape of the cabin has various angles and other odd nuances. Kyle and Jessie handled it masterfully. Finally, my cabin is in a fairly remote location, and I am so grateful they drove the distance to help me with the remodel. "Paul Burlingame (and team) constructed a basement garage and attached ADU on the side of our 100 year old house - no small feat at all. Initially we were a little guarded because of all the horror stories you hear about shiesty contractors, but our experience with Paul has been nothing but positive throughout the entire build. He has a keen attention to detail and values good quality work. For example, there were a couple crucial details that were not described by our engineer, and Paul worked hard to determine the right course of action. In the end, what he came up with was better than we could have imagined. Not only is he personable and a knowledgeable contractor, he has an eye for aesthetic which was a delight as we discussed design options, from trim details to pergola hardware. In the end, Paul and his team built us a stunning 800 sf 2 story ADU and 400 sf basement garage, that feels spacious and contemporary while beautifully tying together with the exterior of our existing 1920s Tudor Revival home.
