Bathroom - Remodel
First job they gave a fair bid. Didn?t really lay floor out very well. Pattern repeats were too close. Second job they bid was very expensive for the amount of work. Never received anything written it was all oral agreements.

"Hi Ms. darralyn sorry that you feel this way about the floor layout but if you read the spec on that flooring manufacturer that is how the lay out is supposed to be I wish you would have told me that when I was there that way we would have done it how you wanted it , as far as the very expensive bid according to you only thing I can say there is many other license contractors that would have charge the same or more I know that there is many people watching YouTube videos calling them self contractors and charging really cheap labors we are not one o those I also have a Copy of an Estimate that you sign for us"

I am extremely satisfied with the patio J&R installed. Rafeal and Joel were easy to work with and the entire crew was courteous, hard working and dedicated to quality. They even worked until 6p on a Friday, making sure the job was completed on-time and at the agreed upon price. What more could you ask for in a contractor? I recommend them whole heartedly.

The work was excellent quality and they were knowledgeable, punctual, very tidy, and friendly. They repaired some foundation issues and power washed and sealed a large area of red brick. The bricks look brand new!

We had a disaster that needed to be taken care of and we found J&R construction through Home Advisor. Joel, Rafael and Solomon were very professional and very competent. They not only did excellent work but they also accommodated our schedule, which was not easy. Their work was excellent and the price was quite fair. I recommend them most highly. They are also nice guys and easy to get along with.

They cleaned up everything when they were done, Raphael explained what he was doing at every step of the job and went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with his work.
