"Jim did a great wallpapering multiple rooms in the home of the folks I work for. He was professional, friendly and they will definitely call him again with future wallpapering needs. As someone working in their home as a nanny while he did the work, I appreciate that he was cognizant of the children's sleep time and their wanting to watch him work."

"1. They made them look fantastic. It was very inexpensive, great work. Good people to work with. 

2. It is the best it's looked for years. Other people have come in and done it and it has never looked this good. If something is not right, they will go back and fix it. If I tell them what I want, they will bid on it and they will make it right without upping the charge. They go above and beyond. They have done that over and over again. I have been personally recommending these people for years. They are the lowest in price, they have consistently been the best in quality. They are wonderful. I have worked in this business hiring people to do work on this property. Out of all the people I have brought in over time, they are the best. I have had some really high cost, high end painters, and they don't do half the job these guys do. They are a bilingual couple. She is very fluent in English, and he is somewhat bilingual in English. Some of their workers do not speak English. But whatever we ask them to do, they do, and they do a wonderful job, and that goes across the board. They are very thorough. I want them back every single time, and I have had them back since 2008. I can't sing their praises enough."

At the end of the day the cost estimates of all four contractors exceeded our desired budget so we decided to not move forward with the project.  JD's bid was significantly higher than the other bids we received.  However, the detail with which JD prepared his bid gave me confidence that his bid was probably more accurate and the actual cost of the project was likely going to exceed the bids prepared by the other contractors.  While we didn't end up hiring JD I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality general contractor with a commitment to customer service.
