Great! Joe is great to work with, answered all my questions, and I feel confident my underground storm drain system will handle the storm water that flows down my driveway. I have a fairly steep driveway, a channel drain at the bottom of the driveway, and due to the heavier rain we are getting now, I wanted to make sure the system was able to handle this increased rainwater.

This was a very large project. Bob was great to work with. Understood my concerns about improper water drainage. Provided extra counsel for additional outdoor project (new asphalt driveway). Both projects needed to work together. I would hire again.

I had hired Drain Doctor to put in a new water main, I had several quotes and theirs was in line with others so I hired them, the work was done quickly. A month or so later after a heavy rain, water flooded my garage coming in from around the old water main they had cut off. I contacted Drain Doctor as I was out of town on vacation my daughter met with them. After checking out the problem they told me that my down spouts were not draining correctly and that to replace them and run a new line out the back it would be $16,000. Well I panicked and authorized the work. Due to my error I did not get other estimates. I had used them prior and trusted them. The drain repairs were done in one day. I then became suspicious and asked another contractor what they would charge for the same work and was given as estimate of $5-6000. My own fault do not work with Drain Doctor with out getting other estimates. The estimator comes across as a nice honest young man but beware.

They did an excellent job, keeping me informed of what needed to be done and how long it would take. I was very satisfied with this company. They also let me know how to keep this item from breaking in the future, which was much appreciated. The replaced part has worked great.

Their estimate wasn't the cheapest, but the cheaper plumbers had bad Angie's List reviews. They stuck to their estimate price. Brandon did the work. I think he might have been a sub contractor because he had an unmarked truck. Nice guy, arrived on time and was very informative about possible causes and long term cures (tree roots, broken pipe etc). He recommended having a camera run thru the drain and having the problem area photographed and it's location marked above ground. He also mentioned that the problem area may be on city property and it may be the city's responsibility for future repairs. Their office emailed me an estimate for the camera inspection / location marking.

The crew was very professional and punctual. After initially realizing the slope would not work to discharge the water all the way out to the road, Drain Doctors worked with the city to ascertain all options and provide a solution that worked for us. Drain Doctors pulled all permits and stayed on top of the project. Other than the price we were satisfied with the work performed. Usually its not until after a project you realize the price may have not justified the amount of work performed so we will probably try a little harder next time to negotiate a better price.

We only use The Drain Doctors because they are extremely professional, polite, so genuine - a hallmark of a well run family business. We will of course, continue to use them (still need to replace pipes under our house) and will refer them to everyone we know.

Angie's List had a special going with this provider. I compared prices and his was comparable; also he's local so that helped. It took about a week to get an appointment, although I imagine he would have expedited for an additional charge if this was the only toilet in our home. He contacted us in advance to be sure we understood the kind of toilet we'd be getting, and letting us know the various options and costs if we wanted something different. He showed up on time, did the work and the toilet's working just fine. He also took away the old one. He left things neat and clean.

I was pretty sure we had used their services in the past, but I couldn't find my old reviews until today. Bob came out and took care of the problem, but it was so much more than that! He, being raised in this business (and is the owner), was very knowledgable and was absolutely wonderful to talk with. We really liked him. Now, I know it's about the work, right? Well, it is, yes - but to get that really good vibe off someone who you feel you can trust? That is just priceless. We will absolutely use them again, and in fact have a quote from them to replace our old pipes - we absolutely recommend them!

I had plumbing in a rental for a remodel that needed to be completed on relatively short notice prior to a tenant move in. I sent a photo of the work that needed to be done and coordinated with Bob. He had one of his guys handle the work. I spoke with his employee by phone as well. I later inspected the work which was done professionally and solved the issues that needed to be fixed. Bob was very responsive and his employee appeared to have the same level of professionalism. This was the first time I've used the Drain Doctors based on a referral from a friend of mine and I'll use him again.

We had a major problem with our hot water heater Bob came out and helped us diagnose the problem which helped us get our homeowners to pay our claim. After that we had him replace and relocate our hot water heater . Working with Bob was a great experience and I look forward to working with him during our kitchen remodel. The drain Doctor did a great job fitting us in and made us feel like our business was valued . He also took the time to answer ALL my questions(and I had a ton). I selected 'good' instead of ' excellent' for cost because I don't know what plumbing should cost and it all seems expensive.

Plumber showed up on time, with every tool imaginable to do the work. Clearly explained the problem after thorough troubleshooting. Promptly fixed the problem. Replaced a small pipe that needed it.
Very professional and nice to deal with! Highly recommend, and I have more work I plan on having them do in the future. :)

I have old pipes and once a year the bathtub gets clogged and needs to be snaked. In previous years I've paid around $300 for this service, but not this time! Bob came out on time and got the job done. He was really nice and was sweet with my dog. I got an Angie's List special for this service and I'll use these guys again!

I got $99 coupon to unclog a toilet, I also asked him to unclog a second toilet too. Both were done in 5 minutes. He said that one of the toilets would not be charged because it was easy. On the other hand, when he came with the invoice, he did not only charged for the second toilet but also charged $70 for service call. My total cost was $255. Too much for this type of service. I felt ripped off.
