"My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

"I have used Ryan's restoration twice now when we have had water mishaps. They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away. They have also cleaned the carpet in a couple of rooms and did very good work.

The initial communication was a little unusual.  We communicated solely through Angie's List email even though I provided my personal phone number and email.  It was just new for me to communicate that way.  It worked out fine and everything was done to our satisfaction.

"Adrian and his crew did a great job regrouting the floor, shower floor and shower walls of our bathroom. They also installed a gorgeous mosaic backsplash in both our kitchen and bathroom. They showed up on time, worked hard and got this large amount of work done in 3 days. We needed a little touch up done in a couple spots after the job was completed and Adrian came out and took care of it. They were also reasonably priced. Very happy with the work and highly recommend them!"

They were thorough--even my mother-in-law would have approved!  They cleaned EVERYthing--the cabinets, the baseboards, the spots on my carpets, organized the zillion things on my countertops --I'm taking pictures so I can remember how to do that until they come back-- My house looks amazing, and I'm proud of the way it looks, now. I'm handicapped, so I can't get to a lot of the places that seem insignificant but make a house look grubby when they're neglected. This team did it all, and I didn't even need to supervise or instruct. Google Translate took care of any language issues. They were professional, kind, and -- not sure how to say this, but over the years, I've had lots of cleaners whose affect made it clear they resented the work they were doing. That made me uncomfortable, too. This team approached the job as a job, with a sense of professionalism and pride that not only left my home sparkling--and saved me the cost of bathroom fan repair when they cleaned the wall faceplate and we all discovered that it was an accumulation of dust and paint flakes that had been causing the fan to malfunction all this time!-- but didn't make me feel like an oppressor. I will definitely ask for their services again. Other cleaning services would do well to instill in their workers the same sense of pride and realization that they are giving an honorable service. I wish I could give them A+++!"
