"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

"They were right on time, didn't take long to put the water heater in. It looks like they did a good job. The only thing I don't like is how much they charge for labor. But I guess all the business are doing it. 3 hours worth of work and it cost about 6 to 7 hundred dollars for labor if not more. But they come on a Sunday and installed a water heater right of way. NICE!!!!"
