"Eight months ago I purchased the duplex I was living in.  It was a great buy and was built in 2005 but unfortunately the builder/owner had not completed the landscaping in the back of the property.  The landscaping in the front of the property also needed to be redone.  The property is .3 acres with a 3000 sq foot duplex.
I want to start off by saying that finding an affordable landscaper in the Ellensburg or Yakima area is a huge challenge.  I received bids from four different landscapers.  Some wanted to $15,000 just to do install a sprinkler system and put in grass.  Joe was the the only person to come in with a reasonable bid to do the work.
He started by replacing the bark in the two front islands and a dead tree.  He then put paver stones in to border the driveways in the front.
While prepping the ground for the sprinkler and grass, we discussed four large trees in the back.  They were flowering trees and made a huge mess in the spring and the fall when the pedals fell.  I had him bring in a tree service and remove those trees.
Joe brought in approximately 4 yards of fill dirt to level the ground.
 The sprinkler system he installed has exceeded expectation.  He installed a 6 station Hunter sprinkler system which has worked extremely well.  He also set up a station for the front of the house with mini sprayers to water the trees and shrubs in the front of the house.
The grass he laid has taken some time to work the weeds out of but he has come back to weed and feed and its starting to look very good.
I gave Joe a very extended time  frame to complete the project since he is located in Yakima and my property is in Ellensburg.  Just make sure to specify the timeline you need the work done in so he can build a schedule and can coordinate his crew.
All in all...I am very satisfied with the work and would strongly recommend hiring Joe and his team."

"We had over 8 inches of water in our crawlspace. When I called, I was quickly put on the schedule. They arrived on time, and even respected my wishes for a phone call when they were on their way. They were incredibly professional and courteous the entire time they were here and they finished on time. The installation was done very well -- not only did they install our sump pump, but they ditched the entire crawlspace and put drainage rock in the ditches to prevent them from caving in. When they were digging the yard up for the piping, they put the dirt in garbage cans to prevent a mess in our yard which we were very appreciative of! You can barely tell they dug up the yard! They put floor protectors on our wood floor so not to ruin them, too. Everything looks great and is working well. We would definitely use them again in the future and I recommend them to anyone needing basement or crawlspace work."

My son-in-law installed a new faucet I had purchased a couple years ago, but never installed.  He did a great job but when he turned it on the water just trickled out.  He was unable to determine the problem so I called Noble Plumbing.  I found his listing on Angie's List.

He was able to find that the hose running through the faucet was plugged with something, clear it, and put it back together.  It works great now.  He even found a leaking supply line and replaced it.

I asked him if he had time for another small job, fixing the loose faucet on my jetted tub.  The only access was through an access under my sink.  It was a very tight squeeze and around plumbing lines, but he was able to get it tightened and working fine.

He is great to work with and very professional at his job.  He did great work.
