We have been building all phases of construction for over 35 years here in the Spokane area. Building several of our own homes from the ground out. About 15 years ago my wife and I decided to start our own construction company and have been doing all variety of projects, from new builds to remodel. We are happy to do small projects. We currently are wanting to focus on interior finishes such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, trim, door and window replacements and home repairs. We have always maintained good relationships with our clients and are very concerned with their satisfaction.

"Ken is AWESOME! He was the Only one who responded to my need. It was Thanksgiving day and my kitten had already spent a day and a night stuck high in a tree and afraid to get back down. It was such a cold night I couldnt have her go through another! And thats exactly what Ken said too when he read my need. He was at my house within 30 minutes Thanksgiving day. He was sharing it with his loved ones at the time I messaged him so he let me know he would say his goodbyes and be on his way. He showed up, ready to rescue and I was so happy to see him! I really didnt know what I would have done otherwise! He is such a good hearted man, making sure he had a treat for the kitten when he got to her and then putting her inside his coat, for warmth, as he climbed down the ladder. Modern septic tanks have two lids: one that covers the inlet where wastewater flows into the tank and one that covers the outlet where the treated water flows out to the drain field. However, older septic tanks installed before 1975 may have only one lid. Because septic tanks last 20 to 40 years, if yours only has one lid, it may be time for a replacement.

You should never pour antifreeze down the drain or outside on the ground. Because it's highly toxic, antifreeze can still impact people and animals long after it drains. Antifreeze can contaminate water and sewage systems, and any that gets into storm drains and water supplies can attract animals and harm those that ingest it.

Over time, your septic tank can accumulate a buildup of sludge at the bottom of the tank. If left unpumped and uncleaned, the sludge will back up into your pipes and home, causing failure and extensive (and smelly) damage. Repairs to your septic system can be costly, which is why regular maintenance is required. It takes about 30 minutes to pump a septic tank that’s 1,250 gallons or less or 1 hour for larger varieties.
