"Excellent response and communication. Was able to get gas line broken by fallen tree replaced the next day. Only issue was service tech forgot to bleed line after install and I couldn't get the pilot to light. Plus didn't check for gas leaks inside house @ appliance (it was leaking). But they responded to problem immediately when I called. I ended up bleeding line and replacing leaking flex line myself. Still, good company that I'd recommend."

You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, but always asked for consent to do anything extra and always explained the billing. No surprises!We had a new light fixture and two new light switches installed. (Some very important and helpful information about how the light switches needed to be compatible with the type of light bulbs you use… who knew! Well, probably everyone but me…). "had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
