I haven't seen a spider since they serviced. So far...great!

Everyone was friendly. The communication was excellent. The job was done correctly.

They came out and took care of my hornet nest problem and took the time to go around my property to make sure I would not have any other problems HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

My only complaint is it came to early in the morning when I was asleep so I can't really write what he did under the house for spraying for carpenter ants but I found a lot of dead ants in my bathroom this company is doing it for considerably lower than the first one I hired. His first application was $590 I asked for a senior discount and he took $10 off. When the representative Kenny came after the first exterminator he's prices for getting rid of these ants for a full year was less than the price of the first application from the other company. Nice and reasonably priced. Told me I overpaid with the the ther company. After he left I saw results. Lots of dead carpenter ant babies dead all over the bath, trying to escape. 500 versus 125per 3 months.

They got rid of the rats and the technicians were very professional. Their sales was misleading. They said bugs and rodents were included but then started charging us for the visits that we understood we had paid for. We gave them 1200 up front. Then the quarterly charges were over $150 each. One or the other but not both!
