Holes left in the garden areas, did not level off! I let them dump the weeds here! In the front we have a rock garden and rocks left all over the sidewalks! I am going to hire Lawn Whisperer to come and clean up after Alex! "

They did a great job removing three large pieces of furniture from my home. Nothing was damaged, anything moved was put back in place. They removed their shoes before coming into the house. Everything was done efficiently and well. When they were done, I learned of other services they provide. They were pleasant throughout. I would definitely hire them again."

"Sadly, this is not a company you can trust. I hired them with a certain $ cap, and in the end it was doubled without consent from us. We hired them for a few broken sprinkler heads and the addition of one, and what they literally left us with, was a broken, leaking master valve that was NOT broken when they started. We literally WATCHED him break it and then take no responsibility for it. We are also left with one entire section of our yard with NO working sprinkler system. "TRULANDER LANDSCAPING Gil gave me a heads up when he and Alfonso were preparing to leave for our home and arrived promptly for our yard cleanup project. We have a lot of Douglas fir trees and one Redwood tree, and the whole area was covered with copious amounts of needles, cones, seeds, and small and large fallen branches following many weeks of our Lacey, WA storms, so it was not an easy yard cleanup project. To their credit, they did a very thorough job of cleaning our back, side, and front yards, as well as our garden beds, and they hauled away the large amount of limbs and debris that wouldn’t fit in our yard waste can. Gil even offered to return the following week to move the can to the curb for Refuse pickup if the can was too heavy for my husband. There will be another yard and garden cleanup required once winter has passed, and they will be our go-to landscapers."

"Much to my chagrin, I was taken for a ride by Levi and his crew. He was (stupidly by me) hired on a handshake to install a metal roof on my custom log house There is nothing wrong with the material that they chose to use, but the installation methods were questionable at best, confirmed by manufacturer's installation requirements and other experienced metal roofers. In the end, he has avoided me for months trying to get resolution on this job. I'm pretty much left powerless due to trusting where no trust should have been given, and with no written contract or warranty I quite literally have no leg to stand on. Don't make the same foolish mistakes I did - insist on a written contract and written warranty. Insist on seeing copies of the state business license, proof of insurance and bonding, and talk to other customers to ensure you're not taken advantage of."

"I would recommend Professional Roofing to anyone with roofing issues. They did a wonderful job on our roof. We found a leak and after having Roberto look at the problem, he showed us after removing some of the shingles, that the material under the shingles was inferior and holes were forming. We had them replace the entire roof instead of fixing a leak. They arrive on time and work all day. There was never an issue with the job being put on hold for another job. After the job was finished, they cleaned up the entire area, made sure the gutters were clean and had us approve the work. The crew was exceptional!
