This company's employee was completely professional and personable as well. When he felt that the roof couldn't take a power wash, he treated the moss with a zinc compound and reduced the price by nearly half . I am really impressed and grateful.

The young man did a thorough job, was careful and considerate, and cleaned up pretty well afterwards. He was here for most of the day with only a short break for lunch. I deliberately hired this company, knowing they were a little more expensive, and knowing that their high-volume/low-water-pressure solution would be more thorough than some of the 'rake it off' bids I got. So far, I'm impressed - I'll definitely hire them again and hopefully they'll be around for regular maintenance. He even pointed out a small issue on the roof (took a picture), so now I know to get a repairman out to solve the small buckling problem underneath a couple of shingles.

On time , cordial and effective. They did a fantastic job without any kind of problems. It was a great experience. Do not need to look anywhere else for pressure washing , this is the right company for the job.

NW Pro Services arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job of cleaning debris and moss off of my composition roof. They also applied moss killer, cleaned the gutters and cleaned up the yard, driveway and walk ways afterword. Great job, my roof looks brand new.

NW Pros is a quality company. My roof looks fantastic. They had a competitive bid with the other 7 companies I received bids from but I felt they were going to provide more service than the others. Also, they were listed number one on Angi's list for our area. I wish I could remember the guy's name that did my roof cleaning, but I can say, that he was there all day & did a superb job. Darci

They did as promised. Extra fee was charged to go to Winlock. (48 miles from them) Pre-payment was required, which initially my husband wasn't comfortable with. Everything we well though.

Excellent service. The gutter cleaning was scheduled for a short time after I contacted NW Pro Services, the employee arrived at the appointed time, followed safety protocols, did a thorough job and cleaned up all debris that landed on the driveway and other areas around the house and garage.

The guy I spoke with was very helpful. I needed my siding pressure wash and I was given a deadline by my HOA and this company worked with me to meet my deadline. They arrive on the time they say they will and after they are done had me inspect their work if it's to my standard. Very courteous and efficient. The price is very reasonable. Am I using them again? You betcha. This kind of service and quality is worth my business and my friends as well.
