George and Patty replaced the roof on my old mink shed that was overgrown with moss. I couldn't be happier with the results. They both know roofing. Their expertise, work ethic, and spirit was fun to be around and was reflected in the finish product that is excellent. I recommend them highly to whomever I talk to about roofing projects. We were about to take a trip overseas, and had a roof leak the day we left. The repair had to be handled while we were away. It turned out to be a skylight that had leaked, which George repaired. I don't recall what it cost, but I do remember it was entirely reasonable. It turned out that it developed a small leak 2 years later. George came out again and fixed it and wouldn't take any money for it. A few months ago a neighbor's tree fell onto our house. George came out and inspected our roof for free. I can't recommend GNP enough. George is an honest man who has been roofing houses his entire life. He enjoys what he does and is a real professional. When it's time for our next roof I know who I will be calling.

He did a really good job, explaining things, it went really well.

George arrived within an hour of the call-travel time. He explained what he was going to do and went straight to work identifying the situation. He then came down from roof with actual pictures he had taken of my roof. Using these pictures he explained why the tiles were allowing a leak in said area and also SHOWED me areas of concern for the future. The tiles were replaced plus he replaced our gas exhauat pipe cap ,which we didn't even know was missing and was done within a couple hours of my call. We love our tile Roof and George was able quickly identify problem, solve the immediate crisis and make recommendations to avoid problems in the future to keep our roof healthy. As a senior citizen, he made me feel more knowledgeable about my type of roof and aware of additional maintenence we might consider. I was very comfortable with him, I did not feel ANY pressure from him; infact, he went out of his way to explain any future maintenence costs would be in my control....what, when etc. He was the ONLY provider, out of 5, suggested by Angies list employee that could help me on a Saturday. Yes, I would recommend this service provider and I have hired him to mantain my roof.

George and his wife Patty (hence GNP) arrived when they said they would and proceeded to get to work on the job. They did a fantastic job not only on the roof but all the little detail items that I'm sure other companies would otherwise ignore. George suggested adding fascia board behind the gutters to cover the trusses that were exposed and we are so very glad he did, it looks incredible. George and Patty went to the extra effort of getting custom flashing metal to match the new gutters and just oh so many more wonderful details that I cannot begin to list here.Overall our experience with George and Patty was professional, punctual and best of all they work on your roof as if it were their own home... very refreshing in this day and age of and quot;pound it out and leave.and quot;
You will not find a better more caring company than GNP... and they are very personable.

I asked George to inspect my 15 year old composition roof. I had used another provider to remove debris and clean out the gutters 3 times a year. I felt they were too rough. I thought I might need a new roof. George told me the roof still had a few years life and could be rescued. Most of the damage had come from blowing underneath the singles and thereby loosening them. Also from using too strong a pressure washer stream, poking holes here and there. He had to reattach almost every shingle on the top three quarters of the roof. and replace several. He removed a ton of moss. In the process also did all kinds of little miscellaneous roof repairs. The debris that fell on the ground was cleaned up very nicely. He is very pleasant and very meticulous.You can tell he enjoys what he is doing and takes pride in doing it right. My roof hasn't looked this good in years. I very highly recommend them and when the time does come for a new roof they will get my business.

I called GNP because I had a roof leak. He was on a job and expected it to be a couple days before he could get to me. When his job finished early, he called to tell me he could come the next day. He inspected my roof and took pictures of the problems he found. It was awsome to be able to see what was going on. He gave me a quote on the spot and fixed all the problems in a couple of hours. I thought his price was very resonable for what he did. I plan to have him come out every year to inspect tghe roof. I'm really glad to have found him and will use him for all my future roofing needs.

When George came to give an estimate, he measured everything out and gave me a firm price that included this whistle and that bell then he went up on the roof and did about 2 hours work just so we could get through a Seattle winter with no leaks. He explained that they were about 6 months out from doing the work so he wanted to make sure we were good to go for that long with no leaks. He told me no charge for his time up there and he never mentioned it again. They returned almost 6 months later to the day and got to work. It took the two of them five days to re-roof my house and they cleaned up the premises THOROUGHLY every afternoon and never left us with a mess.
