Pre sale was great. They came in fast, did an estimate of the job and were able to start immediately. The quality of the job was not as good though. The repair job was done, but the demossification was sloppy and they left all the scrap in my yard without cleaning after themselves. I did complain to the company and they apologized so maybe it was just a sloppy worker. I would give them another chance though.

We are quite happy with the customer service provided by Rick. His crew were very conscientious, safety-oriented and thorough, not to mention efficient! Rick was quite responsive and a very personable, knowledgeable fella! He saw to it that the very minor cosmetic issue we had was taken care of and also provided expert advice in fixing an existing roofing drainage issue we had. Extremely happy to have chosen him, as I'm sure my neighbours are, that had their roof done in the same timeframe as well.

Rick is responsible, trustable and helpful. He was able to accommodate my schedule needs. I am satisfied with the whole process and the new roof. Although there are a couple of minor issues during the whole process, Rick fixed them promptly. It is a good company and I would recommend it.

Premier Roofing is a must call if you need/want a great roof and roofing experience! I called and Rick answered and setup a meeting to have a look the next day and had a very detailed estimate to me that evening. After meeting with him I got 2 other estimates, his estimate was very competitive and included a 50yr roofing system VS the others using a 30yr shingle. His crew was amazing! The six of them got it all torn off including the bad ply sheets that needed to be replaced and reroofed in one day and it came out awesome! Thanks Rick and crew!

Of all the estimates I got for the asphalt roof tear off and install Rick was the most straight forward and communicative, the job was well done and fast, the roofing crew did a great job and the work they did was a major improvement over the old roof, materials, flashings etc..

If you need a roof this is the company to call!! This has to be the best company I have ever worked with. I was in immediate need of a new roof. Rick came out on a Monday had an estimate to me Monday night! I was waiting for a couple of estimates to arrive to make my decision. Rick’s estimate included everything I need including new gutters and a base for my chimney. His price was great. Better than most of my other estimates and included more work !! Rick was an absolute joy to work with. I decided to go with Premier and signed the contract. This was Wednesday morning! He told me they could do it Friday!!! I was in disbelief! Who does a roof in three days. Sure enough at 8am Friday they were loading the roof supplies on the roof. Eight guys showed up at 8:30 and had the roof finished by 5 Friday! Unbelievable!!! I now have a beautiful new roof with a 50 year warranty. Thanks to Rick and Premier Roofing.

Rick was responsive 24/7 from start to finish. He would schedule your work at the earliest. No lies, no gimmicks. The crew were flexible towards the neighbors complaining and stopped working and finished at a later time. I highly recommend Premier Roofing and Specially Rick to everyone needing this service.

From start to finish Premier was responsive to questions we had about the roofing process; tear down of old cedar shake roof, new materials used -- gutters and gutter covers. They showed us products, sent us to a work site to see the team in action and explained the reasons behind every option. The install crew was very skilled, industrious and also responsive to our concerns.

Rick and his crew were great! Great communication and clarifying questions were always asked. They also were able to finish just before bad weather started and the new gutters worked beautifully, as did the roof! The bid they gave us was very than competitive and the service was exceptional!

Rick came out to my house and gave me a bid to remove and replace my roof and gutters and install gutter guards. The bid I received was very competitive. I have a larger house and he told me his crew would complete the tear-off and install of the roof in a single day and they could start in about a week. I was doubtful but sure enough, they pull it off. I am extremely happy with my roof, it's exactly what I wanted. His crew was great, they were very respectful. When they were done with the job, they cleaned everything up and even blew off my driveway. I 100% recommend Rick and his company. Awesome experience.

Our tenant spotted a soft spot on our multiplx so we called that day to find a roofer to check out the damage. Several showed up. Rick explained all that needed to be done and was able to get crew ready for job within 2 days. Price was reasonable & they did a great job. Extra plywood was needed as more old asphalt shingles were removed, but that did not slow down job. Clean up was done same day. Would recommend them & use them again

Outstanding job! Rick was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sales process and during and after the installation. The roofing crew were very impressive, pretty much completing the entire removal and replacement in one day, including having to deal with the need to purchase, cut and fit 35 sheets of plywood found to be necessary after removal of the old roof. They only had to come back the next morning to finish off one ridge cap. It was remarkable to see the 8-man crew working so well together as a team, without discussion or argument, and even more remarkable to see them all still in good humor at the end of a long day. Site clean-up was also excellent. Highly recommended!

He was efficient and punctual on time. The project was done faster than average contractor. My neighbor all surprised by the time of the work done in two days. His crew worked hard and did a good job in cleaning up the premises. He also did not have pressure for payment.

His knowledge of roofing was impressive, he worked with me to stay within my budget, and was extremely patient waiting for us to choose the right shingle color. We easily communicated through text and phone,and my roof was completed on time. His crew was damn good! No doubt they were highly experienced. My roof looks AWESOME! They easily qualify for a five star rating.

Rick shared a lo of information about roofing and helped us make a great decision. We went with the GAF 50 yr roof. The price was very competitive. There was not a wait to have the roof done, Carlos and his crew worked hard and knew what they were doing, they did it in one day so the inconvenience was minimal. Clean up great. Great job. Very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.
