"We are senior homeowners who need help with odd maintenance and moving jobs. Jose contacted me immediately when I asked for a quote - some of the other contacts never got in touch. He came to our home that day to see what we needed and assess the need - and then he patiently waited two weeks to do it, rescheduled because we were ill. When we finally did meet, he did an excellent job in a very short time. We are already talking to him about another job. "James and his crew at Cox Custom Remodeling did a great job with our bathroom remodel. Our house was built in 1900 and the nonstandard framing made things more complicated. His lead, Dan was particularly great, taking the extra time to understand components we picked that were new to him. James always had a positive attitude, showed up when he indicated and got things done. Low dust, protection for floors and respect for the rest of the house while the construction was going on. James also provided the best tile guy, Eugene, that did a fantastic job with natural stone and the complicated very fragile mosaic. We would definitely use Cox Custom Remodeling again. Great job guys!"
