(1st +) He came when he said he would (2nd+) He came during one of the worst rain storms that Whatcom County has had (3+) He cleaned the dryer vent and then pointed out that the vent was loose. And that a repairman would need to go into the crawl space and retape it. (4+). He also has a calm, friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend him for this"
