Scott is exceptional: he responded quickly, was available in a reasonable time-frame, fixed three different appliances, found and fixed other issues breathing new life into older appliances, and he's a really nice guy. Pricing was super reasonable, and everything was done not only expertly but thoughtfully. He clearly takes pride in helping out and doing things right. He's just a total pro, and exceeded expectations on all fronts.
