"2 workers, pleasant manor, very professional, pride in performing a very perfectly leveled entrance. Concrete came up 2 inches on South side, and 2 inches at wood steps. We have carpenters adding Trex and handrails and excited to repaint the trim on the house."

"I have had two issues since they installed the new sump pump and irrigation. Issue number one was water still getting passed the new concrete. The other issue is that the new concrete was not level at all which has caused issues with the new flooring I installed. However, their customer service is top notch and will work hard to take care of you."

" to put up plastic sheetingBefore I could put a bathroom in this area of the basement I needed to stop the flow of water that would trickle in during heavy storm
Before I could put a bathroom in this part of the basement I had to stop water from trickling in during heavy storms as we are now experiencing! Ryan came out to have a look and took his time explaining the process in detail some weeks before the job. The crew arrived on time and set to work by first putting up plastic sheeting to protect other areas from dust and such.  The work done by 5 followed by extensive clean up.  They were professional and methodical!  I found the price to be reasonable for this kind of work.  The sump pump working away a lot lately!  It is not noisy at all.  Sounds like a tub draining for all of 4 seconds or so.  I highly recommend their services!

"I needed some blacktop patched and repaired. Kini came out to look at the job and advised me on my options. When I made a decision to have the repair done, Kini came out before our scheduled meeting and did the work. No charge—done out of the kindness of his heart! The job looks great, and I will definitely be calling him again… only I will NOT allow him to work for free! Very gracious, caring, and skillful. He was quick to respond to my requests!"

"

Sione came to our house soon after I contacted him via phone.  After coming to our house to measure, he provided a bid via email.  He came out the next week to sign a contract and take a deposit.  The following week they removed the old concrete driveway and path, laid gravel, stamped it down, and poured the new concrete.  We are really pleased with the whole process and really like how the new driveway and path look.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  They did a good job cleaning up after themselves.  What I really appreciated about the process was that when a few minor issues came up, Sione immediately fixed them without any complaints.  We have received a number of compliments from the neighbors on our new driveway.

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

The average cost for mudjacking is around $1,200, though prices can range from $300 to $3,400. On a per-square-foot basis, you can expect to pay between $3 and $8, with an average of about $5 per square foot. The final cost depends on several factors, including the square footage of the concrete, the type of slab, its accessibility, whether it is load-bearing, and the type of material used to lift it. Generally, lifting a driveway, small patio, or sidewalk is less expensive than lifting a slab foundation or garage floor.

It’s best not to perform mudjacking in the winter unless the ground temperature remains above freezing. Freezing temperatures can cause the slurry to harden too quickly, compromising its strength and longevity. Concrete is also more susceptible to cracking and splitting in cold temperatures, so there’s a higher risk of damaging the slab during the drilling and lifting process in winter.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.
