"Dan did an awesome job on our carpets and for a very good price.  We have 2 kids, 2 big dogs and 5 adults tracking on an off-white carpet that was not so white anymore before he got here.  He uses a rotary shampooer instead of just an extraction machine and the difference was very visible. I had them done a year ago with the other method and it did not look any where near as good as when DKB got done with them.  Very polite and professional guy. "Work was done more quickly than I expected, about three hours as I recall.  It takes me at least 2 hours to vacuum the entire house.  Carpets looked a bit better, and in their defense the carpets are eight years old, but I expected a bit more.  Now a few weeks after, they look as they did before. They forgot the Scotchguard so we had to reschedule that, but they were very apologetic.  The two young men who did the shampooing were very professional and polite, and I had no qualms about leaving them in the house when we left.  I called them last week to let them know my concerns. They sent a gentleman out, who also was very professional, and he redid the areas of concern and they do look quite a bit better.  Overall I would give them a B+.
