Ivan was great. Fast response, very professional and kind. Educated us on what we needed to do next. We've never dealt with anything like this before. Ivan and his team, and sister companies we worked with, helped us feel comfortable and confident throughout this whole process.

There was water damage in my unit and mold!! ECO did an excellent job of gutting my walls to remove the rotten drywall. They were kind, considerate, and professional. They took special care of my furniture and goods and were kind to my dogs:) They also were very quiet as I was in the home working during most of the demolition. Ivan and his team came to this in an awkward way when my tenant flooded the house and called them out rather than call myself. They broke the news to me, explained their business, helped with the insurance issues and were thoroughly professional. The tenant was very unfair to them and they dealt with her obstructions to their work once again in an exemplary manner. I would highly recommend them. Finally while I would say the whole team was great, I would like to single out Mark who went beyond the call of duty acting as a witness during the process of the tenant moving out and impressive while being put in a very awkward situation. Highly recommend Eco Water Restoration!! We had a water leak on the 2nd floor which leaked downstairs into the laundry room & garage! ECO responded & showed up right away. They were quick to dry up & remove all the water damaged. They also helped us through the whole restoration process with our homeowners insurance. It was an easy & stress less process. Ivan responded quickly to my request for water removal services after several rooms in my home were flooded. Came in, discussed the project, and got started immediately. Communication was excellent, and Ivan always showed up when he said he would. Work completed included drying out several rooms and removal of flooring, drywall, toilets, sink, etc. Sent detailed invoices and was always courteous and professional. I highly recommed this company. I hope the contractors Ivan referred for the repair and reconstruction phase are as easy to work with and reliable as ECO Water Restoration was.

They did excellent and efficient work removing heavily soiled carpet along with disposal. Friendly, professional and courteous work ethic, would highly recommend them.
