"The project started 10/2021 and ended sometime in 2/2022. This project took long3r than anticipated. I had to check in multiple times to see if anyone would be working on the project that day. The sub contractors used for electrical and plumbing cut corners in places causing issues and failures in 2024. The electrician tapped into existing wires, over loading the breaker and the water tank connections were not threaded and sealed correctly causing a leak with the expansion tank. Luckily I found good people to do the work and get it done right."

The work included: * Remodeling master bathroom - replacing bathtub, putting new walls with tiles, replacing counter top with sinks, installing features and replacing wood baseboard. * Remodeling kids bathroom – replacing shower and shower head, installing shower door, replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles, installing cabinet, mirror and shelf above sink and replacing the sink. * Reflooring the guest bathroom – replacing the linoleum floor and wood baseboard with tiles The entire work took 10 days as Raz predicted.
