"These guys are pros.  Came out punctually and timely for a thoughtful consultation, came back to install blinds on schedule after. We had a problem with the blinds, and the owner got personally involved in fixing it quickly and thoroughly.  When you're doing stuff on your house, it's always possible that things won't go as planned, so what I look for in a service provider is someone who's flexible and responsive in making adjustments if needed.  In this day and age, it's really rare to see that kind of customer service.  I recommended them to family, can't give higher praise than that.

"From the Scheduler, Angie, to the electrician that came out, Sergey, it was a totally great experience. We got an appointment in a reasonable time and Sergey was actually early getting here. He was pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why, but always asked for consent to do anything extra and always explained the billing. No surprises!We had a new light fixture and two new light switches installed. (Some very important and helpful information about how the light switches needed to be compatible with the type of light bulbs you use… who knew! Well, probably everyone but me…). I called at 9am and they had a man, Tyson, available.  By 11am he was out and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem.  Cut it out and reconnected the wires securely.  He was familiar with the old wiring, knew how to deal with the old fixture, and I didn't have to purchase a new fixture.  No parts involved.  The previous company I called said I would have to purchase an upgraded fixture and have it available before they would even come out. Tyson saved me a lot of personal time and effort and was well worth the minimum $85 service call.  The other company was $105 for the first hour of diagnosis.
