"When I was getting bids for our paver project, one of the three bids I got was from Rios Brick Pavers. I asked Mauricio, the owner, why I should hire him. Without hesitation, he responded, “Because of the quality of our work.” He went on to say that his crew is great at what they do, and they have been with him for many years. He told me that there may be some competitors who will offer a lower price, but none will match his quality workmanship. Mauricio and his crew went on to deliver on his promise. We had walkways, a large gravel area, and a brick patio integrated into a beautiful and welcoming space that greatly enhances the usability and the look of our home. We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers.
