"I can't answer the third question properly yet because I've received only one bill so far for an ongoing mowing. But all of my phone and email contacts with Pleasant Valley Landscape have been good: helpful, responsive, sociable. The mowing is happening at a rental property some 45 minutes away from where I live, so I haven't been around when the work was being done, but my tenants seem pleased.
