They arrived in the two hour window that they had given me and didn't waste their time. The estimate only took about 15 minutes. The cleaning took about an hour or so. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked so much better! You can still see the wear patterns or traffic areas, but the pet stains, rust spot and dirt are gone!. I would definitely use them again The price seemed a little steep, but I've never had carpet cleaned, so I'm not sure how it actually compares. "About a year and a half ago, we purchased a condo in the Valley. For some reason the previous owners thought it was a good idea to put cream colored carpeting throughout the ski chalet. With all of the traffic and several late night parties at our place, the somewhat new carpet was looking like it needed replacing. I did some research through Homeadvisor, received some calls and estimates, and felt Don was the best fit. He was super honest with me, seemed like he knew his stuff, and wasn’t pushy. Just on the phone call I felt I could trust him and gave him our lock box code. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical that he or anyone was really going to be able to do much with our carpets. But boy was I wrong. I have photos of before and after that I’m happy to share if anyone is interested. He was able to get out several candlewax stains, wine stains, puppy poop stains. You name it. We walked in a couple days later and were just in awe. It was like brand new. So needless to say, we are very happy with the service we received from Green Mountain carpet cleaning. Given all of the snow boots and muddy sneakers and puppy paws that come in and out of our place, I will surely be using them again. Thanks again Don!!"
