Eddie was very professional . The work was completed in a timely manner, thorough clean-up, clear explanation of what had to be done prior to beginning of project all made the project less stressful. I hired him a second time to repair a break in the sewer line and he is now my "go to" plumber when there is a problem.

Outstanding service, quality, and response at a very reasonable price. We had a failed sewage line in a house with a special needs resident. Eddie identified the problem quickly, scheduled the major two-day repair within a few days, showed up on time, and completed the work on schedule. His cleanup standards are amazing. He had to dig two big holes in the lawn to replace the sewer line. Afterwards the lawn was put back together perfectly. You can hardly tell anything happened. I checked out his references before I hired him. Everyone raved about him. They were right. I'm delighted with his work. If I ever have any more plumbing problems, I'll definitely call him. He assessed our problem, cleared our sewer drain quickly and got our toilets and laundry drain working! In addition he gave a lot of information on different types of sewer drain repairs. I was having a plumbing issue. My bf was taking a shower this morning and now the shower head and wall behind is vibrating and making a loud noise. I turned off the water supply to the home and drained the down stairs sink thinking it was water pressure but the noise and vibration is still occurring. IN A PANIC, I found dedicated plumbers. They were the quickest response and this was at 430AM! The plumber texted me and walked me through trying to diagnose the issue.... turns out my bf left his vibrating toothbrush on! (May he rest in peace cuz he will never hear the end of this) So even though dedicated plumbing and drain didnt come to the house they helped a lot just by being available and Walking me through different steps to assess and diagnose. I cant speak to pricing since I didnt have any physical service but their customer service is the best! It's already 6AM and still havent heard from anyone else (problem started around 430am). Dedicated plumbing and drain is not only DEDICATED but RELIABLE and HELPFUL! THANK YOU
