Mark got right back to me.-pleasant and professional. Sent crew over the next day. Our lawn was a mess! They made quick work of it-great job. Certainly will continue to hire them and will recommend to other.

I hired them to extend an existing field stone patio and install stone steps up to a new wooden porch that was being custom-built by a carpenter. I had a specific deadline, which was 3+ months in the future. They did not show up on the schedule (and kept promising they would be here soon), and in the days before the deadline, they heaped fill around my new porch, threw down some grass seed, and sent two young workers (who had no stonework experience) to lay down three stone slabs on the bare ground. It was not at all what we had talked about doing, it looks terrible, and my new porch has been compromised by the pile of fill around the posts. They did not charge me, but they insist that if they remove the fill that I did not ask for and do not want, they will charge me. So I have to pay someone to fix the work they did or dig it out with a shovel myself.

I can't answer the third question properly yet because I've received only one bill so far for an ongoing mowing. But all of my phone and email contacts with Pleasant Valley Landscape have been good: helpful, responsive, sociable. The mowing is happening at a rental property some 45 minutes away from where I live, so I haven't been around when the work was being done, but my tenants seem pleased. Ask me again when the grass stops growing, but for now I'm satisfied!

For 3 years we tried to hire someone to repair our walk and wall. They all came and looked at the job, gave us a price and never returned. Mark was the first to call from Home Advisor. He came the next day and we hired him on the spot. The job was completed yesterday and we are very satisfied. It's nice to finally find a company that follows through with a commitment.

They did a major lawn & landscape cleanup job. Mark and the crew were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them and will be hiring them again.

I was inquiring for my sister whe needed an out building painted before winter. She had materials just needed prompt labor. Pleasant Valley called back immediately , came on site the next day to estimate project, and their paint crew did the work the next day. My sister said they were fast, thorough, professional, responsive. She would use them again. I will use them for other home services they provide as well.
