Mr Goodman was very thorough as he did the inspection and as he performed it, he pointed out each item of current or potential concern, along with recommendations for corrections and the timeframe to make same. A few were immediate and previous homeowner made the corrections prior to our close. Others will be made over time, following Mr Goodman’s advice.
