"Shawn was a professional from start to finish. He was transparent about his pricing, communicated clearly, and finished the work in a timely manner. My heat pumps efficiently heat and cool my house, and I recently contacted him to install another in my work office. I would highly recommend Shawn for all your heating, cooling, and maintenance needs."

My name is Jay Scannell and I enjoy cleaning and making things spotless. My mother always made sure our house was clean as I was growing up and naturally I have liked to follow those similar footsteps and take it that one step further. I’d enjoy cleaning for you and your family if need be and I am open to anything you throw at me:).

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"Exceeded all expectations. Dennis and his helper were amazing. Kept us informed when special order parts would arrive. Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor.. In a Five Star ranking system I would give Preferred Oil & Propane Service at least 7 Stars."

"They did an excellent job. They initially misquoted the price on the low side but the president said they would go ahead and honor that price. They were very responsive to anything needed before and after the job was done. They stand behind their work and in my opinion are an exceptional company. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again."
