She was extremely professional. She is a single mom who just started this business she explained. Her rates were great in this area charging $25 an hour, which is not bad because she is insured and provides all of her own equipment. She did an amazing job on my home i was more than satisfied!! I recommend her to anyone that is unsure about other people cleaning your home. She is a very trustworthy young woman read less

  • Pam's Magic Wand
    5.0
Pam and her service providers arrived promptly for the initial total house cleaning. They were extremely thorough; the work involved removing cobwebs; wiping windowsills; cleaning exterior cabinets (kitchen and bath); cleaning bathrooms; cleaning exterior light fixtures; cleaning countertops; dusting furniture and bookshelves; cleaning exterior of appliances; vacuuming rugs/hardwood/tile floors; and mopping tile floors and hardwood. They also helped with some general organization of any things that were not put away. On a side note, we had moved into our home a few months earlier and regrettably had hired a different company to do our move-in cleaning...that other company did not do a very thorough job, so we were extremely happy with the work Pam's Magic Wand did for us since it was the first "real" cleaning that old house had probably received in the last 5 years! Pam and her crew did such a wonderful job that we hired Pam's Magic Wand to clean our house every two weeks; they also clean my office every two weeks. Each time, they arrive promptly, are very friendly and professional, and get all the work done in a timely manner. I would also like to mention that I accidentally overpaid Pam for the initial total house cleaning. I was just going to have her keep the overpayment and apply it to a subsequent cleaning, but she immediately sent me a refund check for the overpayment. She is a very honest person; I have no concerns with giving her access to our home when we are not there. Since owning my first home in 1999, I have used many cleaning services. I can honestly say I have not had as great an experience as I have using Pam's Magic Wand read less

It went off without a hitch. I am always happy to come home after Land E cleaning has been there. Reasonable prices and awesome work. Trustworthy and dependable.

They are excellent and rather than a one-time thing, they are now our regular weekly cleaners. Worth every penny.

They were very professional. They weren't cheap but they did a really good job. They were very efficient; there was no nonsense. It was a team of three and they were out of here so quickly. They're bonded. This is not a fly-by-night cleaning company. I needed something in a hurry and they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend them read less

  • Love & Earth Cleaning

It's so wonderful after a hard day's work to walk in to a house that you don't even recognize because it's completely transformed. I hate housework. I work 40+ hours a week and the last thing I want to do when I get home is scrub and polish. That's where Love and Earth comes in. It's clean, organized, just immaculate. I can't believe it is the same house I left that morning. The owner is a honest, caring and hard working. I trust her completely in my home knowing that she is treating my things with care and respect read less

It went horribly. I had arranged to meet them at the rental house (in West Dover) after work on Friday. They were supposed to start work around 4:00. Around 5:00, I returned a call from Alex, the principal, who said he hadn't realized we had a basement and it would cost more than the initial $250-$350 estimate. He said his wife "had a keen sense of smell" and could smell that something had died in the house (we'd been there the day before and that wasn't true, wasn't true the following day either). I think they just didn't want to do the work--they had been expecting a cushy vacation house job for a Friday evening, even though I had been clear that we'd lived there full-time and that the place was pretty messy because we'd been moving and not cleaning up after ourselves. It was very disappointing. He even left something in the freezer and called me to see if the house was still open so he could go back and get it, and then expected me to commiserate about how long the drive was from Brattleboro to Dover, when his company had just left us in the lurch without anyone to clean and NO TIME to do it ourselves. So I have no idea how well Infinity Cleaning actually cleans anything. But don't count on them for any kind of last-minute help or professional behavior read less

The woman who runs the service may have a personality disorder and called my cell phone and sent me texts for over 15 minutes one morning in order to get "angry" at me for discontinuing their services. I had to call ATT to get block her calls -- over 25 in a 10 minute period. She also threatened me (I interpreted as physical) by saying she was on her way over to my classroom (I am a college professor) to collect her final bill. Yikes! I had to call campus security! This summer the house-cleaners broke the fasteners of several of my large windows over the summer as they cleaned them, and I had to pay $200.00 to get them repaired. The were also badly trained house-cleaners and poorly paid -- several quit while they worked for me because they said their employer underpaid them. They took too long to clean and did an sub-par job. Always seemed under stress, too. Unprofessional and the owner has, perhaps, a mental/personality disorder? Stay away read less

When I first emailed, they were great! Happy to respond and give me an estimate for cleaning ($95 per visit- a little steep, but I was willing to try it!) and even set a date. Then, when I emailed and called to confirm, NOTHING. SILENCE. And nothing since- not even an apology for not showing up! Very, very unprofessional read less
