DEEP cleaning includes all regular cleaning duties + inside all appliances, inside cabinets and organization of pots, pans, dishes etc. Stains and marks on walls. *Bathrooms: REGULAR includes toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors. DEEP cleaning includes all regular cleaning duties + hard water, calcium, rust stain removal. Inside medicine cabinets and stands. Stains and marks on walls *Living rooms: REGULAR cleaning includes Dusting all areas and pictures. Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping all floors. DEEP cleaning includes all regular cleaning duties + stains and marks on walls, cleaning under all movable furniture. *Bedrooms: REGULAR cleaning includes dusting all areas, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors. Fresh linens and bed made-optional. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
