"If you want to wait around all day, rescheduling plans and not getting the expected service, schedule with this company. BUT IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT DON?T BOTHER. They are completely unreliable and unprofessional. 3 times in a week I was scheduled and then rescheduled for a chimney cleaning and inspection and 4 times they failed to show up!!! At least in the first 3 instances I received a text indicating they were not coming about 1 ½ hours into the scheduled timeframe and they would come later in the day or another day but the 4th time they didn?t show up or notify me they were not coming to do the job. When I called the office on Friday, 12/27 at 6:19 pm to find out when they would arrive, I was told they were done for the day. The employee, Lucas, had no answer as to why they didn?t show up or call to cancel. The supervisor, Stephanie, also had no idea why the technician didn?t show up or call. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
