He squeezed us into his schedule either the day I called or the next day (I can't remember) and my oven was all set to go. And we also caught the mouse. All in all it went very well.

Shawn called me back promptly, after I left a message for him. He ordered the part, and called soon thereafter, to arrange to come out to do the repair. He arrived when he said he would, and made short work of the job. This, despite that my dishwasher was firmly lodged under the counter, and didn't want to budge. Shawn retained his good humor throughout. Next thing I knew, the dishwasher was out, and the repair was completed. Shawn was personable, and very professional. He'll be my go to person for any, and all, future appliance problems. Thank you, Shawn!

Excellent! Shawn is so 'top notch' - he just knows everything about each little problem. He is very time-efficient and gives forthright reviews, immediately. Shortly thereafter, we had a serious problem with our clothes dryer: couldn't get a button to work, thus it wouldn't turn on. Boom! Shawn came a.s.a.p., and after taking top front panel of dryer off, he discovered that button was irretrevably broken, & asked if we could live without it! It was either that, or we would have to purchase a new dryer (they don't make the part any longer - dryer is 15 y.o.). We opted to go w/out it & dryer works wonderfully!!

Shawn came to my house the same day I called and fixed the washer in 15 minutes! He was very personable, explained what he was doing and talked me through the invoice so I understood it.

Shawn did a great job. He kept me posted on when he would arrive. He gave me ideas to prevent the problem next year. Winterizing a washer is tricky and I hope not to have it happen again. I certainly would use Shawn for any appliance problem

You often call repair people with trepidation, but let me say that Shawn of Advanced Appliance really puts that thought to bed. He is both professional and courteous and has a full grasp of the technical repair knowledge for quick and timely repairs. When finished he offered to help put the food back in the fridge. When have you ever seen that happen? Would highly recommend this service.

Called in the AM and fixed in the PM, same day! Shawn was prompt returning my call and originally scheduled an appointment later in the week. Called back and was able to meet me the same day. He was knowledgable, pleasant and really knew what he was doing. Excellent service and worth every penny. I will not hesitate to call again if necessary!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Shawn. He returned my call promptly, was able to fit me in the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. After fixing my dryer, he offered to look at other household appliances while he was there. I will use him again.

I was pleased by the appointment scheduling and the consideration Shawn showed for my time by calling to say he was running late. He had to work in a small space moving a stacked washer and dryer.

We couldn't be happier. If you had a better rating than A, Shawn would certainly get it from us. Called him yesterday, and he would have come that day, but we were unable to work out a time. He said he would come before noon this morning, called us about 10:00 a.m. and was here 5 minutes later. No fooling around or taking his time. Got right to work and did the repair in record time. We will definitely use Shawn again for any large appliance repair we might have. He was pleasant and professional and dependable. Thanks, Shawn!

Our washing machine gasket was compromised, and I contacted Advanced Appliance Repair to replace it after reading the positive reviews on Angie's List. Shawn was great to work with and things could not have gone more smoothly. He returned my call promptly, ordered a replacement gasket the same day, and showed up at the time he said he would to complete the installation a couple days later. Thanks, Shawn!

Threatened to call police if I don't pay him $150. Had no choice but to pay him a $95 service fee pre-printed on his bill to settle.

"Mr.Kratz, Your feedback is extremely important for me to hear. Thank you for taking the time. When we first talked on the phone you explained to me that you had 2 other companies come out to work on your fridge and that they could not or would not repair it. Based on the conversation on the phone I tried to triaged the best I could with the limited info I was given. After I inspected the fridge it was determined that more was needed to properly repair the fridge. I then gave you a more accurate estimate with the new info I gained by troubleshooting in person. When the new estimate was accepted I asked for $150 for a deposit on parts to order them. When you decided to not have the repair done, I then asked for a clearly stated fee on the phone of $95 to cover my time and service call, that is a standard practice, of which you refused to pay as you had already paid some other unrelated to me company. The appointment time I gave you was a window of time between 9am to 11am. I was clearly there within this time frame and with multiple courtesy calls ahead to let you know I was in route and also waiting down stairs to be buzzed in. None of the calls were answered and I waited 45 minutes for a call back to be buzzed into your building. I will use this info to keep me focus on customer service, and to give all I can to every person I work for, to keep all my jobs a positive experience."
