The shop was thorough in communicating and provided very good details about what challenges that may come up. They worked well with the insurance company and kept me up to speed as things shifted. The initial call to say the car was done was a little premature-the dents in the hood were not perfect and this was a miscommunication within the shop. This was brought up by the shop when I arrived and the shop was quick to get my rental car figured out and reschedule an appointment to get a new hood installed. It added to the time, but in the end was done right and they took care of all the extra cost. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the finished work was very nice.

They gave a prompt and professional estimate, completed the work on time and within the estimate, using after-market parts to save money. They also supplied a temporary plastic wrap for our rear window while we awaited our service appointment, to keep the car dry. They handled all communication and billing with our insurance company, so we only paid them our deductible and the extra cost of replacing the door handle.

I stopped in 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they still made time to do an estimate on my car. I just went in for a second opinion and ended up using another auto body shop but they were very kind and courteous.

Repair was done to perfection and the body paint matched exactly. The cost was very reasonable based on estimates obtained at other auto body shops and was well within my budget.

This shop was on my insurer's list of preferred providers, and I chose them based on positive references from this website. They prepared a detailed estimate after I brought it by their shop. While I was there, they fixed me up w/ a temporary plastic wrap to cover up the hole left in my tailgate by the shattered rear window, at no charge. It was nice to get this covered up while the repairs were pending, as it was winter and nobody wants snow, rain and car exhaust pouring into the interior of their car.
Shop staff worked w/ my insurer to spec parts and did a great job overall. The work was promised in 3 days and they completed it on time, then direct-billed my insurer for most of the work, less our deductible. We asked them to repair one additional item at our expense and their repair came in well below their estimate. Considering my car's age (12 years), everything works and looks fine.
My only issue was some gaps in timely communication with the customer. Our insurer insisted on doing their own estimate, after first telling us the shop's estimate would suffice. That delayed things by a week. Then the shop staff had some questions for the insurer that took more time to resolve. We had to keep after the shop staff to update us on our scheduled repair date. I later found out they had to wait for another part to arrive, when the one they got wasn't suitable.
So most of the delays weren't their fault. Just the same, I would've appreciated a quick email or phone call to let me know why it was taking longer to schedule the job than planned.
That aside, we're happy we chose Rotunda's Collision Center and would recommend them.

Rotunda's repaired my front fender damage from a hit and run driver. It looks as good as new and was repaired when promised. Rotunda's pointed out that my insurance company would pay for a rental car and noted extra damage that the appraiser missed. They handled all the details of the car rental and appraisal with my insurance company and none of this cost me an extra dime.

Finished and returned car a day ahead of schedule.

Very professional, the work performed was excellent. Mary the estimator was very nice. The repair was done by the date they said it would be and the final cost was less then the estimate.. They did not have to blend a few areas becuase they got the color to match so close. Only one minor complaint. Upon getting my truck back it appears they forgot to clean there dusty paw prints on the moldings which they had to replace, it also looks like a couple areas they had the door open and wet sanding drips were left on the interior of the door. I easily wiped up the dust and drips without a problem. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to bring my vehicles back again.

I seriously scraped and opened up the sides of both right hand doors, tore off the mirror and badly damaged the right fender. I went to two body shops for estimates. The first used only new parts and Rotunda used quality recycled parts for the major pieces so the estimated price was $600 less. The workmanship was first class and it was ready to go a day earlier than promised.

The whole experience with Rotunda was very smooth. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, did a very fast estimate for me, and their work was flawless. Their prices weren't cheap, but I haven't had body work done on a car before, so I really didn't have a basis for comparison. They estimated my work would take 2-3 days, and it took the full three days. I would definitely use them again.

Very prompt service and the work they performed was excellent. Had an issue with air conditioning and was taken care of immediately and works great. Later complained about vibration to my dealership and they wanted to replace the motor mount. It was discovered that the cradle was pushed back slightly and I should go back to the auto body shop even though it was more than a year later. Rotunda's verified that the cradle was pushed back symmetrically which was overlooked initially. Without hesitation Rotunda replaced the cradle did proper alignments at no cost to me and in a quick time frame. This place is honest and stands behind their work. When things go wrong is when you can really judge customer service. Rotunda is Highly recommended. The car is still running and looking great.
