"I called Plumb Perfect and spoke with Stanley Selig. He provided many helpful suggestions over the phone unfortunately they did not resolve the issue. Stanley stated that he was on a job and would stop by my house around 6:15 PM Friday evening. At 6:15 PM Stanley arrived and immediately notice that the gas line shut-off value needed to be replaced. He stepped out for a short while and returned with a new gas line shut off valve which he installed. Once the new gas line shut-off value was installed we were able to properly install the oven.
