Family owned & operated. We have over 13 years experience installing standing seam roofs, asphalt shingles, corrugated steel, low slope EPDM rubber membrane, cedar shakes, and copper roofs. We use only in house certified installers and do not sub contract our roof labor. We complete over 100 projects yearly with high quality results and impeccable cleanup. We also offer in house closed cell and open cell spray foam services. We can tear off the roof and insulate those hard to reach areas without entering the home. We are one of the areas most popular contractors with an excellent track record for service. We offer most home Improvement services with the knowledge to complete a project without having to co ordinate several contractors.

Brad was easy and reliable to work with. Communication was easy and stress free. He was diligent to assure timely service however also was carefully regarding the weather. I also appreciate that he is not contracting out the work. He has done several roofs in our neighborhood, and has an exceptional contractor.

Cedar Creek stripped off 2 layers of old shingles, assessed the condition of the base plywood and applied new shingles, pretty much all in one day (with a big crew). As we were 6 hours away at the time, I was very impressed that they evaluated the plywood as being sound - they could have just replaced it for a couple thousand more and we wouldn't have been any the wiser. It's nice to deal with some with integrity - Brad Lafountain is just such a man!

I highly recommend this company. All the work was done professionally. The crew was efficient and courteous. Excellent cleanup every day. We were provided with an extensive list of prior jobs so we could select our shingle color. We spoke with another homeowner and he concurred with our final assessment.

It was an excellent experience. We dealt with 4 other contractors because of busted water pipe and would not use them again. Cedar Creek were very professional, timely, neat and did not take breaks every hour. We would call Cedar Creek again for any work that we need done.

Overall our experience with Cedar Creek was very good. Roofing was completed in one day with workmanship and clean-up being excellent. Communication would be the only area with room for slight improvement as both the estimate and the work were completed at times that were not expected. That said, the roofing was completed on a day that we thought supplies were being dropped at our home, so it was ahead of what we had expected - a welcome surprise!

I live in Florida and was trying to get my mother who lives in Vermont's roof fixed for her. I had called 3 companies and Brad was the first to call back. He went out to my Mom's home as soon as the weather permitted to measure and got me a quote quickly also included in that was what to expect how things were done etc. most over my head but it did answer some questions. We had also thought about standing seam roof, but the price of course was a concern. Brad gave us all the options he gave us three quotes to choose from. We had some thoughts on price, he spoke in detail with both me and my husband through many emails and answered all of our concerns and questions. He then went to my Mom's house set up with his crew... and the job was done in no more than two days. My mom was super happy that her flowers around the house were not damaged and not so much as a nail was left behind. Brad made it easy especially juggling us from so far away in Florida he was always ready to answer any questions. Thank you Brad great job!

Because of the weather they were delayed installing the roof. So rather than the normal four or so person crew we had over eight people working on our house. They were able to do the job in a day, cleanup and all.
