Get matched with top basement remodelers in Adamant, VT

"I interviewed and got estimates from approximately 15 contractors when we needed help with a basement renovation that involved everything from demolition, haul-away, framing, and drywall. John was above and beyond the best person who reviewed the job and while we initially hired him for the demolition we've stuck with him for every aspect of the basement renovation because he and his apprentice are spectacular. They're straight forward, reliable, flexible, efficient, communicative, and meticulous with the quality and cleanliness of the work. We'll hire John over and over again for all our renovation needs!"

"Matthew and his crew did a great job on our project. They remodeled a bathroom and made a bedroom out of an unfinished room. The workers were knowledgeable and performed well. Matthew was extremely responsive and caring when working in my parents'home. We would definitely hire them again in the future."

"Having Champlain Valley Builders remodel our family home in Colchester was an experience we’ll always be grateful for. We started with a kitchen remodel and added a bathroom renovation, transforming a home filled with years of memories. Kyle was exceptional throughout the entire process. His communication was honest, responsive, and reassuring. He listened to what we wanted, offered thoughtful guidance, and kept us informed every step of the way.The craftsmanship was outstanding. The carpenters treated our home with genuine care and completed every detail with pride and precision. The finished kitchen and bath are beautiful and completely transformed. Most importantly, Kyle and the Champlain Valley Builders team understood they weren’t simply remodeling a house—they were working on our family home. That meant everything to us.We couldn’t be happier with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic company. I wish I had room to write more on how exceptional they are. 5 stars"

"Jason did an excellent job shoring up our basement. He was a professional with an excellent work ethic. His work was exactly as explained, neat and clean. Jason was respectful of our space. He offered suggestions to improve gutters to direct water away from the house And he is dog friendly I would highly recommend Jason Blanchard."

"It worked out very well. It was extremely well done. The door was short and narrow so they had to come in and rework the door frame so that I could get a standard door put it. They had to cut the door down to the right height and they angled it nicely so that I’m not getting drafts out of the basement. The carpenter who came was superb. I did comparative shopping and their price was a little bit high but the quality was excellent so I didn’t feel earned or anything. I already have used them again and I have a couple of projects planned for next season and they’re on my list to call. They definitely made an impact."

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
