"We were in a bind and needed a previously installed granite countertop in the kitchen modified. We had a new refrigerator, and the door wouldn't open all the way back, bumping against the door jam. We needed to have the granite cut back about an inch to remedy the problem ( slide the refrigerator over a little). The problem was, we were having a new tile backsplash installed the following day, and needed the granite cut before starting that job. I called Granite Vision, and asked them if they could perform it the same day. They were unsure if they could fit it in the same day, but told me they would check on the possibility.  I was called back in a timely manner, and told that they could do it for me.  David arrived within a few hours of my call, and did a beautiful job.  He was very nice, neat, and did exactly what we needed. Thank you Granite Vision!!!  They could have just blown me off, and said they couldn't do this the same day as my call, but they didn't"

"Juan was always reachable and appropriately responsive by phone; always courteous and accommodating. The job took five days. Only a few areas of the grouting were not finished off as perfectly as the rest. We feel that it must have been the resonance from the power saw they used to remove the old sheet vinyl and its underlayment that caused our patio doors to craze. Juan called us to the room immediately to see what was happening. We saw no fault on the saw operator's part. The workers removed the remaining old flooriing by knife. Juan's insurance company has agreed to furnish new glass for the doors; we are currently waiting for an installation date."

"The work took longer than anticipated, some due to factors beyond their control (suppliers delivering wrong tiles) but not all (workers not coming everyday or on days when scheduled or working full 8 hours).  They were not always on time, which often wasn't a big deal but the uncertainty was an issue when one of us had to stayed home from work to meet them.  The quality of the products is very high, but the quality of the installation was less so.  We had to have them come back several times to fix issues with the tiles and an electrical issue. They were very responsive and more than willing to keep working until we were completely satisfied, which by the end we were.  At the end, the kitchen looks beautiful and we really enjoy it.  I don't think the issues we had were anything out of the ordinary for a kitchen remodel, and we would consider using them again for future projects."
