In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

Excellent results, even though drying time generally somewhat longer than estimated. I have used Superior four times now for carpet and upholstery cleaning and will call them again when needed. "It went well. There was nothing specific I liked about the way they treated me or their service. They just cleaned the vents. There was nothing really extraordinary. The staff was friendly. They did a good job. Obviously, some of the vents, when they took them out, they took the paint off but I guess that's what happens when you have the vents removed."
