"This was an excellent experience with a very professional cleaning crew. I'm afraid I do not remember the name of the 2 gentlemen who did the work, I was caught up in moving frenzy and did not stop to write this review immediately after the work was completed. The level of clean they were able to achieve was truly amazing, and over the next couple months leading up to settlement, the stains did not resurface as so often happens. Within a couple hours they transformed the appearance of the wall to wall carpet in our home, erasing stains that previous big name carpet cleaners were not able to budge. These men were courteous and professional, no up selling additional treatments or services, as had happened with previous companies. I recommend this business highly, it was an absolutely wonderful experience with a great out come at a reasonable price."

"Two employees arrived on time and cleaned the house thoroughly. All the carpets were vacuumed and bathrooms were cleaned. Even the trash can liners in the bathrooms were changed. Over all great job done by Angela's Cleaning Service. We will be calling again for a cleaning when we are ready in a couple months.

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The easiest way to remove snow from a roof involves using a roof rake that allows you to clear snow from the ground. Roof rakes are lightweight and feature adjustable handles, making them user-friendly for most people. This method also helps prevent ice dams and excess snow buildup, reducing the risk of roof damage during winter months.

When should you remove snow from your roof? A good rule of thumb is once six inches of snow accumulates.

It may require stronger cleansers or chemicals, higher-pressure spray, or scrubbing to completely remove algae from a metal roof. Start with a mild cleanser; if that doesn’t work and you're comfortable doing so, use a stronger mix of ⅓ cup of laundry detergent, 1 quart of bleach, and 3 quarts of water to gently scrub the algae with a soft-bristled brush. If algae is present across large portions of your roof, doesn’t come off with gentle scrubbing and cleansers, or is in hard-to-reach areas, this may be a job better left to a pro.

Long-handled telescopic brushes are the best way to clean the outside of a house without a pressure washer. There are even special attachments for cleaning the outside of windows. Use a gentle cleaning solution for both the roof and siding to avoid harming the finishes. Be sure to rinse the area thoroughly with a garden hose after scrubbing.

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams, but the best thing to do is address insulation issues in your attic. If you do decide to remove the snow manually, you should always use a roof rake rather than a shovel. You shouldn’t climb your snowy roof in any circumstance, and roof rake allows you to remove the snow from the ground or a ladder. For the best results, remove snow as soon as possible after it falls.

Generally, snow removal from a roof should occur once over six inches of snow accumulates, especially if you notice that ice dams have formed. Without ice dams, you can let the snow accumulation hit 12 inches before removing it. However, the amount of snow that is too much for your roof also depends on the sturdiness of your roof and the compactness of the snow. If your roof needs maintenance or has structural issues, it’s best not to let the snow accumulate too much for fear of collapsing.
