I hired this Company for a deep clean of my home with reoccuring cleanings every other week. They broken an important keepsake from a friend who's now passed away and they never told me. When I told the Owner she asked if I had a recording of them doing it, which I did & forwarded to her. She said she'd address this. Then I discovered other items were missing. I brought this to the Owner's attention & she again asked if I had recordings. I told her no and why should I have to be recording her staff for the security of my items. She then went on to tell me the housekeepers had been let go due to other people having missing items as well. She went onto say this is why a walkthru is so important prior to the housekeepers leaving your home...Really? I was at work and my roommate was there but I hadn't told him to take inventory of items. I told here i expected some type of compensation and 2 days later she has yet to reply to me. Any reputable Company with take Ownership.

Unfortunately, an incident occurred where a keepsake was broken and you were very forgiving. In fact, you were so pleased with the work that you insisted she return for recurring cleaning sessions. What's notable is that despite this incident, you still insisted she return to continue working with you. Given your satisfaction with her work, we were surprised by your subsequent actions. We reached out to you in good faith nearly two weeks later to discuss the matter and informed you that we would be assigning one of our own employees for future cleanings. It surprises us that you were asking for compensation only after I contacted you, which seems extremely odd. Given your initial satisfaction and insistence on her return, your negative rating is baffling. Thank you"

I purchased a new home and needed help getting unpacked and needed decluttering/organizing services. My home was not functional at all until Ms Tai and her crew came in and got me started. I have 30 years of accumulation. I donated some, trashed and kept some items. I wanted to make a spare bedroom into an extra walk-in closet. She worked wonders with the organizing systems I had around the house. She did such a wonderful job inside the house. I hired her to organize my garage. She went over and beyond took her time and made my house a comfortable place to live and invite family and friends over. I highly recommend her and her professional staff. You want regret it
Especially if you are a senior we need all the help we can get going into our golden years.

Company did STR cleanings for about one month. In that time a lot of mistakes were made and they refused to take accountability for them. Prices were really high for the quality of work preformed. My rating drop a half a point in the month that they were hired. Very nice owner but not so good with keeping up with employees performance.

I couldnâ t recommend Tai and her team enough. I partner with her team on providing reoccurring cleaning services/turnovers for my Airbnb. She has been an amazing partner, has decades of experience in the industry, and even previously worked with HGTV. Her team always goes above and beyond by providing 5 star hotel level accommodations for our guests. Our clients have often commented on how the property is always clean and theyâ re always surprised by the extra little details her team puts into the towels, linens, and paper towels/toilet paper. Her team provides photos, inventory check ups, and is always on time. They will report problems quickly so that you can fix them before the next guest checks in. Theyâ re always open to feedback and will work with you to provide the best possible experience for your guests. Her teamâ s attention to detail is #1 and I couldnâ t recommend them enough!
