We're glad to hear that the subcontractor we brought in to tackle the challenging conditions, including heavy dirt buildup, excessive pet hair, and urine stains, performed exceptionally well and met your expectations (Per your messages). Unfortunately, an incident occurred where a keepsake was broken and you were very forgiving. In fact, you were so pleased with the work that you insisted she return for recurring cleaning sessions. What's notable is that despite this incident, you still insisted she return to continue working with you. Given your satisfaction with her work, we were surprised by your subsequent actions. We reached out to you in good faith nearly two weeks later to discuss the matter and informed you that we would be assigning one of our own employees for future cleanings. It surprises us that you were asking for compensation only after I contacted you, which seems extremely odd. Given your initial satisfaction and insistence on her return, your negative rating is baffling. Thank you"
