We take pride in providing the best house cleaning with the highest standards in CUSTOMER CARE and SERVICE. I'm sorry that out of 2 loads of clothes and 1 load of bed linens that we washed, dried and folded, there were 3 garments that weren't folded exactly the way you wanted them, although it was something that could have been easily resolved. Because you live directly on the oceanfront, the ocean's salt water will continue to be a problem for the outside salt residue that will continue to build up on your windows in between cleanings. Beach Custom Cleaning has gone above and beyond to do anything and everything you have asked of us. We always welcome feedback from our valued customers and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This past visit, we provided 5 hours of services for $110 that included a full house cleaning, window cleaning, clean dirty dishes, wash, dry, fold and put away 3 loads of laundry (including bed linens that we switched out on your bed), break down many boxes to put in your recycling, and anything else that you requested. That is between a $150 and $175 value for the much lower price of $110 that we charged. We have always provided friendly service with exceptional value for the price as reflected in our Home Advisor ratings and reviews. We are proud that we were voted as one of the BEST house cleaning companies in our area as published in Coastal Virginia Magazine. I'm not sure why you stated that you had to stop using our service, when in fact, we discontinued service with you after which you then posted your above review. "I appreciate your concerns and truly care about your house cleaning. I value you and every customer I have. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee to reclean any areas of concern within 24 hours. In the 5 times that we cleaned your home from March to mid-May, not 3 cleanings, you told me that you were happy with your cleanings except for one time a little dirt was left on the floor next to your plant. When you left a message for me and I returned your call, you also expressed to me that you did not like our cleaner showing up 30 minutes early, so I let my cleaner know not to be early anymore. I enjoyed meeting with you on the initial quote and talked to you on four other occasions about your house cleanings. By all accounts, you conveyed to me that you were happy and satisfied. Being in business for 30 years, I accept all types of challenging house cleanings and yours was especially challenging, but we were up for the challenge. I quoted my lowest price of only $75 per cleaning, which you gladly accepted and was very reasonable for the work to be done. During our quote, you told me that you were going to hire college students to organize your home in a way that would make the inside of your home more accessible to our cleaners so they could be able to do their job as we talked about, but that never happened. I take great pride in my work and appreciate and value every customer. I wish you the best."
