"I had E-TEC install our attic fan on the roof last week. The whole project literally went so well. I talked to Heidi, she explained and answered all my questions very kindly. She explained that E-TEC has a fixed price (VERY REASONABLE) - which I liked. And she said that they do not come out just for the estimate - pictures of our house were enough.
