"All went well. The gentleman who was doing the cleaning arrived on time, reviewed everything that was to be done and updated the quote to reflect the total number of windows involved. "Did not do or outright refused to clean what they had cleaned at least 15 times before. Work crew had a bad attitude and left a lot of rooms undone and in dirty condition. Now, I have to think twice about hiring them again."
