"The person that I had used for gutter cleaning services was a fireman who stopped performing that service as a result of knee replacement surgery. Based on recommendations from multiple sources, I contacted Mind in the Gutter. My wife and I were completely satisfied with all aspects of the service. The person who performed the work was punctual, responsive, and professional. We were particularly impressed by the fact that there was no evidence of any of the debris removed from the gutters anywhere. The provider also pointed out a couple of areas that we might consider addressing in the future. He respected the property and worked safely."

"LeafFilter doesn't clean gutters, they sell and install their LeafFilter Gutter products and only clean the gutters if you buy their product. I can't even begin to afford their product so I wasn't able to get my gutter cleaned by them."

Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Yes. Every toaster is bound to accumulate a build-up of crumbs and food particles. If left unattended, these can turn into a fire hazard.

If you don’t have the time or ability to move your fridge, grab a yardstick and slide it underneath to unearth any large items and dust bunnies. Then, attach a microfiber cloth or a tube sock to the yardstick, spray it with a multipurpose cleaner, and sweep it around several times to pick up any lingering messes.

Yes, you should clean your toilet tank at least once every six months or once every three months if you live in an area with hard water. Toilet tanks often go ignored, which can lead to issues with mineral deposits from the water causing issues with the moving parts. A routine cleaning twice a year with vinegar will help keep the tank clean and prevent excessive mineral deposits from causing issues.

Yes, a dirty oven can affect its temperature accuracy and distribution. Food debris, spills, and built-up grease on the oven walls and racks can disrupt the heat flow, causing uneven heating and potential temperature fluctuations. This can result in undercooked or overcooked dishes. Over time, a dirty oven can malfunction or even cease working. Pick up any large pieces that may have fallen off a tray (like French fries), prevent anything burning on the element, and run cleaning cycles on a regular basis.

You can remove stubborn stains from your toilet by scrubbing with a store-bought cleaner appropriate for the toilet’s material. If you’re looking for a homemade solution, you can also use vinegar and baking soda—just pour 2 cups of white vinegar around the edges of your toilet. Once the bowl is wet with vinegar, sprinkle 3 tablespoons of baking soda, concentrating on the stains. Scrub the bowl with a toilet brush and flush to clean the mixture.

Just a note: While combining baking soda and vinegar is OK, never mix that solution with any other cleaners.
