"Fantastic honesty! I called J and D Masonry for an estimate and they came out same day! Jeff was very honest about the work and was able to inform me that what I was looking to have done wasn't needed. I have some basement walls that are starting to crumble some. Jeff informed me they still had great integrity and if he were to come in and coat the walls in more cement it would just be an aesthetic band-aid. I was looking to have the walls recoated in cement to make sure that paint would adhere to the walls to make the basement look nicer. He said it was not needed and said he was happy to come out if I ran into problems painting but recommended I go ahead and paint the walls. Fantastic honesty and I would be happy to do business with him in the future!"

"Having gotten two estimates to stop water coming into my basement I was discouraged at the cost. A neighbor mentioned Daniel Tittiris. Daniel came over and explained the French drain system. The other styles moved water back out when it came in. French drains stops the water coming in and routes it away from the house, and the price was very reasonable. Daniel worked hard and you can tell he was interested in doing a quality job."
