He tested a home we were considering moving in to, and found that the conditions were unsafe due to mold. He explained everything in detail and even provided a report, and a follow up call to ensure that we didn't have any more questions. This saved us so much money and quite possible our health. "Jeff Dane was responsive by telephone.  Weather (rain) was a great hindrance in his scheduling an inspection of the possible chimney cap problem.  He also welcomed the pictures I e-mailed of the problem.  He actually had another contractor measure for the job and send additional pictures. Jeff's inspection showed that the chimney cap was not the problem and he refused to have me spend $1,500 for a job not needed.  He was professional in every respect and recommended someone to complete the roof flashing drainage problem.  I will call him when needing additional stonework done on the property.

Aside from Humidity being mentioned- which humidity is high, Nothing was mentioned that this type of mold is common to be found on and in plant matter and soil and aside from getting the growth on the wall that was found treated- the plants in my home would be the cause therefore treatment alone would likely not solve the issue. I had to get this information from another contact. The testing itself and the results were completed in a timely fashion, and I would very much likely use them again to inspect my home- because they were able to identify and tell me what the mold was even if unable or unwilling to make the connection to the setup of my home :)"
