"I chose Clifton Contracting because they are intimately familiar with Kings Park West Development and the various landscape and drainage issues around the houses. Chris was instrumental in guiding my design decisions to removed the 22 year old wood ground deck and build a new three tier ground deck. This deck absolutely looks beautiful and greatly enhances my backyard and landscaping. It also ensures good water drainage away from the house and out of my yard. I again chose pressurized pine wood because of the theme of my landscaping. Chris and his team made sure the it was Grade 1 and that the planks were in great shape and little to no flaws. The crew was efficient and professional. They started early each day and worked as long as they needed to to complete the days' work. They ensured they kept intrusions on the neighborhood to a minimum and cleaned up well each night. My previous deck was built over a cement slab which had sunk quite a bit and was posing a foundation problem. So before they began to build the new deck, Clifton Contracting removed the slab at the house and reinforced the foundation and ground. The also regraded the area for the new deck to ensure water flowed away from the foundation. They then proceeded to build the deck, checking in with me at crucial points to ensure they were on the mark. In the end, I have the most wonderful deck. Many who remember the sinking eye sore I had before have nothing but great comments and praise for the new deck. The other plus of this project was that with Chris' professional relationship with Custom Stonescaping, I was able to get both the deck and surrounding landscaping completed at the same time. They combined their efforts to create an absolutely beautiful backyard for me. I am so thrilled. This team effort has proven to be one of the best moves I've ever made. I was able to get a deck and full landscaping completed in just over 3 weeks.

Ordered the slider I wanted and installed it when it came in . •   I am so happy that I decided to go with Fox Creek Builders to install my window and 2 sliding glass doors.  From order to install the process was excellent + only took about 3 weeks.  Amazing since it took another vendor a month to tell me they could not fill the order I previously requested.  Max, the owner, came out with Fred to measure and discuss my request.  When Fred installed the custom doors + window they fit better than the original doors they replaced---fit like a glove.  Fred was extremely pleasant, neat + a precision installer.  They removed all the old debris, vacuumed all the rooms, deck + cleaned all the windows after install.  I did not even have to remove my blinds during the process + they were particular about routing my outside cable wire.

"Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. After the job was completed, we met with Ben who came by to do a final inspection and answer any questions or concerns we may have. The crew cleaned up and vacuumed before they left.
